When you use the AI Advisor or AI Writing Assistant, we may collect:

Information submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Anthropic or other providers used to deliver these features. Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information you do not want processed by an AI service.

AI-generated information may contain errors and should not be treated as legal, immigration, financial, or official admissions advice. Users should independently verify important information with the appropriate institution or qualified professional.

Consultation and Booking Information

If you request educational advising or schedule a consultation, we may collect:

• Appointment date and time
• Booking status
• Consultation type
• Information you provide before or during the consultation

Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Fund My Future and Citadel Education Solutions LLC do not store complete payment-card numbers. Please send the request from the email address connected to your Fund My Future account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or regulatory reasons. Information stored in system backups may remain temporarily until those backups are securely overwritten.

Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete a Fund My Future account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
